Off to watch theatre until my brain/heart explodes - A+++
It's so weird to think I should be at the airport in an hour or so - I fretted all day about not leaving myself enough time to pack... and now I FEEL I am done packing, and yet it took, like, 20 minutes and now I'm sitting here wondering if I've forgotten something. I mean, I don't NEED anything I can't buy when I'm there, when it comes down to it, but you know. Still fretting. Especially since I had a MINOR crisis with losing my spare phone (the one that can be used in the US) and now my dad got me another one and I can't get my SIM card into it because I'm something of an idiot whose opposable thumbs apparently stopped working in the past 24 hours. AND I just discovered a ticket snafu on my credit card which pisses me OFF. Dammit. I shall have to get that sorted when I'm finally in the US... fail fail FAIL.
In any case, I thought I'd better get this post out of the way, before I go recheck my bags and stuff, shower and get ready to head to the airport. I'M OFF, GUYS. Everyone who celebrates, have a marvellous Thanksgiving!! I'm SURE my hiatus is a COMPLETE LIE, based on what has ensued following previous 'hiatus announcements', but well... it's a tradition, and my hiatus notice is PRETTY. See:
