Ugh, Im editing this doc written by another non-native speaker. I like doing this, the slow reading and careful extraction of meaning lets me learn a lot from a bonified expert in the field, but it is exhausting! After an hour, I have gotten through...just under 2 pages. so sad! luckily, my boss is still MIA as of 920... Here is where Im stuck and need a LJ/cookie break...doh! all the cookies are gone and its only 921am:
"Catalog Management: Import waste that can be used as raw material and implemented specially classified management: restricted, automatic-licensing and prohibiting import waste."
...but what does it mean?? Im going to have to skip over it and move on for a bit.
