I love artichokes, but preparing them is dangerous. When I was cutting the tips off 5 artichokes last night I accidentally jabbed my finger with on of the shart thorns. It kept hurting all day today. And just now while on the bus I found out why.... I got an artichoke splinter. It freakin hurt! But I was able to squeeze it out and now it can heal ( Read more... )
