Schedule + criminal justice system

Now, I know this zombie blog is supposed to be more about my thoughts than me, but it looks like I'll be pretty busy until at least after Thanksgiving weekend, so I'll have to keep sex and religion to myself until at least then. I have much too much to say on those subjects. In the meantime, I'd just like to say that I don't like how our criminal justice system is so much based on punishment as opposed to reform. That doesn't seem to help either the criminals to not commit crime, or the society as a whole to produce less criminals. I mean, put them with a group of other people for "corrections," and what kind of contacts and friends do they make? Same way for juvenile offenders. They're not given any chance to recover because their entire social network becomes others with tendencies of that way.

Anyway, for reference, here's what my schedule looks like it's going to be for next term. This is contingent of me getting into both Symphonic and Basketball Bands. I'm pretty confident about Symphonic, and not so much about Basketball. Anyway, here you go:

MWF:
11-12: Honors History
2-3: Intro to Data Structures
3-5:30: Symphonic/Basketball Band
Th:
8:30-10: Data Structures Lab
4-7: HC Science - "Can Computers Think?"
