Currently, what are you... ... Reading? I just borrowed a bunch of non-fiction books about Finnish mythology from the library and have been browsing through them but not really started any of them yet. ... Watching? I rarely get to watch anything on my own, but last weekend we decided with my partner to re-watch Breaking Bad (3rd time watching it for me! It's so great, I feel like I want to watch it every year.) The last couple of times I've got to watch anything by myself I've picked documentaries on Netflix, such as Minimalism and What The Health and so on. But fiction-wise, I'm usually very much into period dramas. Oh, and the Olympics just started, so I'm trying to watch as often as I can! ... Listening to? Varies between calm pagan or folk kind of music such as Faun and Wardruna, and pagan/folk metal such as Moonsorrow and Finntroll. Hi! I'd like to friend you, you can check out my lj and friend back if it works for you. Speaking of Finntroll, my last post was about my latest singing lesson with Vreth!
I like mythology. It's possible I'm on the autism spectrum too. I recommend the sci-fi novel Failure to Communicate by Kaia Sønderby for nice representation.
You sound very interesting to me! Breaking Bad is one of my fave shows, I might need to rewatch it too some day, now that you mention it...
Music-wise, I used to be a big metal fan, now I don't listen to much of it anymore but I still have fond feelings toward the whole "scene"/culture whatever you might call it.
Thanks! There was a long period of time in my life when I didn't listen to metal at all, but I guess I "re-discovered" the genre a few years ago. Although I'm glad to listen to my old favorites' new music, listening to some other bands don't feel as right anymore. But I suppose I will always and always have been a metalhead, hehe.
I read your comment but I'll mention here that I'm adding you!
I went to Finland once and fell in love with your country <3 I'm also playing the Sims and interested in mythology and the Olympics so we could try being friends, what do you think?
I love coming across people who also play The Sims! I'm also a knitter (as well as a crocheter and cross stitcher)! And I totally feel you on that one. I was just diagnosed with ADHD and I was telling my mom who was like, BUT (insert all the symptoms that are commonly known) so I explained to her the different ways it shows up and described what I've always experienced. She was like... omg and thinks she might have it too because she also experiences all the same things lol! It's kind of like when you look around at your friend group and realize that you all have the same disorders or something in that realm and are like, oh. We all just showed up to each other like magnets lol!

The things you recently posted about sound nice too - would you like to try being friends?
