sanrio? san-x?
hye minna..
did anyone know about sanrio or san-x?
i was just searching through the web on shappo from sentimental circus..
and i stumbled upon san-x..
i tot san-x is from sanrio, like somekind of branch from sanrio..
well, in my defense, they do have san in front of them..
btw i bought shappo on a trip to johor few months ago..
they are on sale at ayer hitam..for rm30 only..soo lucky..
for those who doesn't know both sanrio and san-x are companies that make cute characters..
and make many things from it, such as stationaries, home good, plush toys, and many more..
here are some of the list of characters that made by those two:
SANRIO
examples of character that i loved:
1. hello kitty
who doesn't love her?
first introduced in 1974
have a height of 5 apples and weight of 3 apples..
2. my melody and kuromi
my melody first introduced in 1975
kuromi is my melody's rival
kuromi is introduced in 2005 in anime onegai my melody
3. little twin star
first introduced in 1975
they are a pair of angel-like characters
the younger brother is called Kiki, and the older sister is called Lala
i remember them as a sticker at my hanging hooks..=p
4. keroppi
first introduced in 1988
his name is Keroppi Hasunoue aka kerokerokeroppi
i used to have a sling bag my uncle gave me for my birthday
5. pochacco
first introduced in 1989
i have them as stickers
6. bad badzt maru
first introduced in 1993
it actually a male penguin with spiky hair
7. cinnamoroll
introduced in 2001
it actually a puppy with long ears which enables him to fly
from top to bottom: milk, cinnamoroll, chiffon, mocha, espresso and capuccino
SAN-X
examples of character that i loved:
1. rilakkuma
produced since 2003
often accompanied by korilakkuma and kiiroitori
2. tarepanda
introduced in 1995
tarepanda is the reason that made san-x popular
3. mamegoma
there is an anime called kupu~ mamegoma
there are many types of mamegoma
below are some of them
4. monokuro boo
introduced in 2005
i knew they are pig but they cute
despite being black and white, their babies are colourful
5. sentimental circus
after the whole town asleep quietly, neglected abandoned toys are awaking one by one and gathering together
6. sumikko gurashi
currently i am obsessed with this one
introduced in 2012
they have personality issues and loved to stay in corner
composed of:
a) shirokuma: he is sensitive to cold therefore escaped from northpole
b) pengin?: he has no self confidence that he is a penguin
c) tonkatsu: crumbs that has been left from pork chop
d) neko: a very shy cat that always sharpening his claw in a corner
well, which one would u choose?
for me sanrio is the one that i grew up with..
because many of them are items that around me as i grow up..
and i will never get bored of them..
san-x on the other hand is more newer item..
how do i say this?
hmmm..they is still young but has many character that i loved..
either way, i love them both..
i wish i had many money to buy all of their items..
