All the food

Last weekend, my friend Yasmin was with me the entire weekend and I cooked and baked for her. We also crafted and talked and it was wonderfully relaxing. It kind of inspired me to make this post of dished I made recently and took pics off.

RedBeet, Orange and Apple juice. Recipe here (german). You can only do this if you own a juice. I used a mixer and then pressed it through a filter. I don't recommend it. I also goes bad after 2-3 days. So even though it was nice, it wasn't worth the effort.

Raw berry cake. It was very nice. The Recipe is here (german)

Mushroom Tarte! I love Quiches and tartes like this. The filling wasn't so nice though. I might have not added enough flavour. You can find the recipe here (also german).

This is actually the same tarte as the one above. I just used whole tomatoes and figs (omg I love figs). And it was damn awesome. Plus, even though it is a lot of work. The tartes can be eaten up to 4 days and I sometimes had a piece for lunch and dinner.

courgette/zucchini quiche. This time with mint and lemon. It was very good. But the dough was too buttery. I will try this again with the dough from the first recipe.

Avocado on toast. This is out of the Honestly Healthy Cook book. Avocado with lemon and extra virgin oil on toast. I never thought it would be as tasty, but it was damn good.

My go to dish. Udon noodles with Pak Choi. I can variate and make that dosh almost blind. Recepe is here (also german).I made this with the wonderful liz_mo

Apple tarte. The most delicious thing I've ever baked. The recipe is out of a magazine.

Last but not least. Spinach with pine nuts, potatoes and scampi. My own concoction.

I've also cooked a lot of figs with Tofu and rice or salad as well as porridge with figs and vanilla. Currently my go to breakfast. Mainly because I'm freezing.
