I've never had such a tasty shake before. The best part about it, that it's healthy and quenches hunger.
What you need:
- 50 grams frozen rasberries
- 75 mililiters soy milk
- 150 mililiters pinapple juice (I always use less)
- ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a mixing container and than use hand blender and blend the ingredients until it's smooth and you have no chunks. Serve in a glass with the ice cubes. It's extremely tasty. I also tried with a red berry mixture and it's just as good.
