marcus. painting very pink princesses involves holding this kid in one arm, switching off and painting lefty, switching again. he likes to paint walls too, but settles for this arrangement.

she painted a fire with colorful stars, among other cool things. she then made lemonade out of her paintwater and drank it, said it tasted just like real lemonade. i tried it, told her it was good lemonade but that she probably shouldn't drink any more in case she needs some to put out the fire. her princess mural request keeps getting more involved - unicorns with more princesses on them, people and animals outside the castle, etc.. which i don't mind =) good excuse to keep coming back. i mean where else can you paint AND get your hair torpedo braided at the same time?? it would be fun to teach art somewhere. or everything. maybe sometime in between things.

i'm working full time at newton wellesley this semester, taking care of very loopy drugged old people after surgeries, and painting in randolph/ arlington/ everywhere after work. leaves very little time for other things, but awesome. and bedtime. i apparently understand creole, so maybe i'll be ok with spanish afterall. ahhhh 19 daysss
