Despite the treatment, medication, etc. I just can't handle it. I hate myself today; I'm deeply depressed. I don't know why. It's happening at work so it's difficult to focus on my job.

Sigh. Don't know what to do. Too many years of this.

Seems like it's been forever since I've been as depressed as I have been lately. Two weeks ago, I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. And it doesn't help that I ran out of one of my meds. (Mania and anger aren't a good mix)

But along came GISHWHES. I'd forgotten that I'd signed up and I was going to just ignore it.
