In today's edition of random, unsurprising news...
LJ > Facebook
1- My LJ friends-list is ten times more intelligent than my Facebook friendlist, hands down, no question.
2 - When someone wants to share their thoughts on yaoi, I can actually get a coherent paragraph with great grammar and articulate ideas on LJ.
3 - Nobody on Facebook understands the phrase "thoughts on yaoi" and this makes me very sad.
4 - At least on LJ I do not have to read stupid quizzes such as Will Orlando Bloom date you?
5 - LJ brings in more LULZ than Facebook ever could. Also, quality of humour on LJ beats that on Facebook by miles.
In short: hate Facebook, love LJ. The only reason I am on Facebook is so I can stalk cute boys I meet, online! This is actually an excellent screening filter for single people as a number of guys feel the need to put pictures of themseles doing gross things.
