NaBloPoMo Day 15 - Sometimes I write things.
15. We're halfway there and it's a Friday! Just pimp something you've made and/or written. (And if you haven't written/made anything, pimp something from someone else that you love!)
TGIF! (Or TGIBF :D) I have the day off today, which is nice, but will be getting my butt into gear to shower, pack my overnight bag (and the dog's!) to go to an out of town wedding. Well. Semi out of town. It's a couple hours away.
Anyway. Here's a small selection of pieces I've written that I still (mostly, kinda) like. All from late last year/early this year. It was a good time for my muse. (I wouldn't mind a similar burst of inspiration... *nudges muse*)
beautiful magic (tragic) love (Scorpius Malfoy/Rose Weasley, Scorpius Malfoy/Lily Luna Potter; PG-13; ~3k)
Summary: He made love to her in the soft grass on that isolated cliff overlooking the ocean. The stars were there to witness, like in all great romances (and tragedies). It was fitting. (Or Rose learns about (beautiful magic tragic) loving and living.)
what if this storm ends? (Lavender Brown; PG-13; ~2k)
Summary: She may have done it the first time for the wrong reasons, but she did it the second time for the right ones.
Girls Like You (Theodore Nott/Lavender Brown; PG-13; ~5k)
Summary: Lavender was the kind of girl you met and never forgot. She had a way of getting inside your mind and staying there, even when you didn’t want her to.
