i am so jealous of your relationship with sam. i think he is mad at me cause i skipped his class.
all i really want is his love, deep down on the inside. well, on the surface too. all over.

actually i had meant to write in my journal about how last night he called to let me know he had found something for me for my history conference and after i hung up somebody said that they felt sorry for him. and i actually got really pissed, because they obviously don't know him at all, and don't realize that he is totally one of the happiest guys i've ever met, and he loves what he's doing and his students so much, and he's like 10x more passionate than the other teachers that i've encountered. not to mention fucking brilliant. so there's no reason to feel sorry for him. he has a pretty good handle on his life.

yes yes! it makes me so angry when people act like they all know him and shit and are like OMG HE IS LIKE SO WEIRD OMG HE IS LIKE A CHILD MOLESTER OMG HE SLEEPS IN HIS OFFICE AND SMELL FUNNY - i'm just like WOAH WHY THE FUCK DO YOU CARE? THE MAN IS SIMPLY BRILLIANT and one of the most caring professors i have ever had. he cares more about me than my don does and he has certainly changed my life in so many respects.

i'm sure he doesnt hate you. you are allowed three absenses from him class. after that, he might get mad at you, but i'm sure you're fine right now.

i think he kicks major ass, and i haven't even had any classes with the guy - he just seems that cool and dedicated.
