(no subject)
Mom and I watched Avatar tonight and it was sooooo good. Which by language standards doesn't seem to be fair to the movie because good is too weak a word. I follow Jessica on Twitter and she wrote
"Just got home from seeing the midnight premier of Fern Gully in IMAX 3D... whoops... I mean #Avatar . Now it's time for < 3 hrs of sleep."
after seeing it so I had Fern Gully in the back of my head the entire movie and the plot line is similar but wayyyyy more in depth and I loved it. Tip of the hat to James Cameron, it was such an awesome movie. Now I have another something fantasy I can take from entertainment and throw into my bag of "I wishes..." cause I wish I could have my own Avatar. It would be so amazing but I would want to connect with the tribe without being seen as an outsider, lol. It's pretty much in the bag with (& here I reveal my quirkiness) my desire to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and my ideal of going on a trip to Ireland and meeting/falling in love with a man with an Irish accent (but someone who doesn't unexpectedly die young).
Well anyway, we were hoping Aunt Michele would come with us but she has been up since a bit before or at dawn and was wiped and though Ralphie and James were home neither of them wanted to or could go.
