They accepted!
So, heard back about the seller, and they've accepted our offer. Small clarifications requested on the counter offer, but nothing huge.

Since we're currently renting and don't have to be out of our apartment right right away, we're going to probably look for a buffer between when we get the property and when we move out of our apartment. That will allow us to paint, etc. before we get our stuff in there. More updates on when we should have a moving party. No appliances to move, but there is the couch, and other large furnitures.
So now we go for the inspection.
