You know you're a geek when you see a Yahoo! headline concerning Virgin Galactic, and your first thought is 'Hey! How come I didn't hear about this first? I'm on the mailing list.'
Oh. Also if you've just walked in from an evening of watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer. In a movie theatre. Hosted by your best friend. That's also slightly geekalicious.
Can you believe I'd never seen Hush? Had adventures with creepy Gentleman guy, but never seen Hush. Brilliant episode. Creepy.
chershey?
unnamedfeeling? It was so damn good to see you. I scraped my knee leaping at you to give you hugs.
I think 2007 may be the year of Louise's Great Buffy Watch/Rewatch. I was really into it for a few seasons, and then I got a job where I worked Tuesday nights and I just couldn't keep up. After the gang starts college, I've really only seen episodes here and there. I know the story of what happens. People kept me up to date on Tara and Dawn and what went on with Spike. (Oh, Spike. Spike and Giles. I was mad for Spike and Giles. Wait. Was? Hmm. Am. Oh, and Oz, of course. Willow and Oz. And Xander the stealth hottie. Curse you, Joss, and your knack for finding the bestest quirkiest cutest girls and boys ever to populate your universes!) I did see the final episodes of the seventh season. But I need to just go back and, you know. The whole thing. There are episodes I haven't seen since they first aired. I have the first six in a VHS boxset. VHS.
Yeah. As if I don't have enough on my list already. But this is something that needs to be done. There's Whedon I haven't seen, man! That is not right. That will not stand. Yet in a way it's kind of comforting. Like how it took me forever to finish the last book of His Dark Materials because I didn't want it to be over.
