Foiled!
William and Aislinne were hosting a "Pre-Baby Party" (NOT a "shower", says Aislinne, "I don't do silly games") for fox_sejant and Jeny this afternoon. theagentx & I were supposed to go. Unfortunately the condition of the roads from last night's snow, coupled with the on-and-off snow today (heavily at times, although it's only barely flurrying at the moment) has scuttled those plans. We got half way to the 401 and decided it was a bad idea. I called Aislinne and she said "Stay Home!" (several times in fact, although I probably shouldn't take it personally). I know it's for the best. theagentx actually fish-tailed pretty badly at one point as were heading back home. Still I'm sad to be missing the party and not seeing Jeny today.
