WOW! Wow-wow-wow, amazing news about Darcy's film! Hope he gets a gold, that's been a really fun movie.

And the trailer! Aaahh, it's getting so close! Just 3 months away! And they have new version of the theme! Darker tones! Capaldi looks amazing! AAA!

Thank you! It's sort of crazy, but in a good way. :)

And yes, it begins... The crazy mad wait, where they release tiny snippet after tiny snippet and you overanalyse EVERYTHING. *grabby hands*

How are you btw? Long time, no see. Life has a habit of doing that, I think. Still deep in Ten's delicious broken-ness?

Yeah, and I'm still processing Capaldi in the orange spacesuit, as you can imagine what that spacesuit does to me. :D And Capaldi looks as fantastic as Ten in it! And I'm already wibbling for something angsty and dark to come. What with 12th variation of the main theme and all.

Yeah, I know about long time no see... I was crazy busy at work, trying to make a feature as good as in Oracle or better in a month isn't easy, as I found out. :) But I'm still very-very deep in Ten, and still can't quite find the voice to talk about it in English. This man does things to me and my heart...
I also been watching classics, finished 7th and the movie, and started 3rd who is such a delight and such a big child. And Delgado!Master! OMG, it's the genesis of "Curse of Fatal Death"! :D
I watch it to take a break from emotional intensity of Ten's years, it just won't let me go.

I miss the fez... :( (It's like... everything I've been saying for the past 4 years has come true - RTD broke the Doctor, Moffat has been fixing him - but now he's all fixed and can be more who he used to be and ~dark and I just want the drunk giraffe back. Also we're in limbo and I know I'll feel better once Twelve is actually HERE. But right now I'm still in mourning.)

Well, I hope it went well!

But I'm still very-very deep in Ten, and still can't quite find the voice to talk about it in English. This man does things to me and my heart...Ah yes. I remember that rabbit hole. And don't worry, just process it ( ... )

(((hug))) You don't have to let him go... Yes, the Doctor changes and carries on, but if someone is especially dear - well, so be it.
11 will continue in the comics - you've probably seen it but just in case, trailer for the comics:

And I saw those cover arts on tumblr/Deviant before, they were amazing. So glad to see them picked up by BBC officially.

RTD broke the DoctorI see it more as a shock therapy to revive the dying patient, i.e. the practically dead show. To bring it back into public conscience the Doctor needed to be pushed to the extreme, to be made vulnerable and relatable. Time War, guilt and loneliness and the acute need for human company and love did the job, the patient was revived, and then it was time ( ... )

Not really that bothered. I want his FACE.

To bring it back into public conscience the Doctor needed to be pushed to the extreme, to be made vulnerable and relatable. Time War, guilt and loneliness and the acute need for human company and love did the job, the patient was revived, and then it was time to re-imagine it and bring it back to normal.
Oh absolutely. But he had to break him.

Very interesting to see what they will do with 12, and if he would indeed feel more like in oldschool.
That is the idea. Eleven was more Oldskool than Ten by miles, and by removing all the guilt, Twelve can now go back to who he was.

Yes! For example, I now get the reference in ( ... )
