The Tax Credits Office seems staffed ENTIRELY with people like this. I can't BEGIN to explain how INCREDIBLY STUPID they've been for... oh the last year or so - but I'll try. And it's only gotten worse. *stabs* One more week and we're getting our MP involved - who is, thankfully, Labour. Seriously, Darcy's most recent phonecall to them went like
