Almost comical...

R is still gone and I swear things are just wacky here.  And for anyone who's had a spouse gone for any length of time (or no partner at all) you probably know what I speak of when I say I could almost laugh at the insanity of it.

In no particular order...

• My computer screen is having continual problems... I have to squeeze it together to get the stupid thing to work
• The fridge in the kitchen won't stay cold but the freezer works... thank heavens for the one in the laundry room
• Said fridge issue has resulted in a multitude of trash from throwing stuff out
• Said trash will result in a trip to the dump, using the trailer, which I have never backed in before and only ever hitched up once.
• The microwave quit working this morning.... resulting in my having to play with the fuse box later today
• The main bathroom is locked from the inside... and I can't find the hex keys to open it. I've tried a screwdriver, paperclip, etc to no avail
• My house key is not on my key ring for some weird reason so now I have to go through all the keys to find the spare since it's not labelled or I can't lock the house.
• My oil needs to be changed... easy fix, but gotta get in and do it.

I'd almost ask what's next, but frankly I don't want to encourage the universe to add anything to the list. I'll handle it all, really it's little stuff in comparison to what could happen... but most of it is since yesterday. Ugh...

So... one thing at a time, and I'll get it all righted. But for now the molehill seems like a mound.
