Snowed In -> Baking
In honor of the snow we're having this weekend, I'm baking. And not just normal-person baking. Oh, no. But ambitious, balls-to-the-wall baking.
By the end of the weekend, I expect to have:
- A cake shaped like an Xbox 360 controller, covered in homemade marshmallow fondant
- About a dozen cupcakes
- Cake Balls, made from the carving of the Xbox cake
