Quasi wanted cup pies
Grah, stress! Resume, applying for job things, boy problems... why doesn't romance come with instructions? Grrrr. So I bake.
Apple cup pies! And mini apple cup pies! They are yummy, and Soto sized, with cinnamon and honey inside, mmmmm. But, as I found out, if any of the honey escapes its buttery flakey crusty prison prior to or during baking, abandon hope of removing the mini pies from the muffin tins in one neat piece. Not a problem when I'm just baking to satisfy my own tummy, but not so pretty for a party. I think I'll try them again next week if I can have that horror movie marathon with the Wushu buddies.
