Just led a tour again. First time in months. Didn't do any prep, wasn't prepared - and everyone loved it. We were battered by wind on the roof, but I pretty much said everything I wanted to say, roughly in the right order. Took just under 2 hours, and a few people stayed to ask questions.

And when I appealed for any donations I got £44! And three people said that my enthusiasm had 'made' the tour.

So all in all, a resounding success.
