I have sent all of my paperwork back to become an official training walk leader, but don't yet have the button to put training walk info here. So this morning instead of leading a training walk, I just walked on my own! Hopefully my first official training walk can happen this coming Friday night, 6/7/08. With my head up in good posture, my hair now reaches just past my clavicles. I must say, despite all the growing stages and such, it sneaks up on a person. I just looked in the mirror and realized my hair is long. Whoa.
For context, my icon is a picture of me in college.
Uphill, breathing, faster than with a partner, just me and the wind. Sun greetings to the setting sun, openings, stretches, tall, tall, wind, breathing. Just what I needed. I should probably do that weekly, at least for a while. Maintenance. Not that the mood is entirely shaken, but it's much better. Sweat does amazing things for me.

We just did a little pin and stretch stuff tonight during lab & then our teacher let us go study for our physiology final. The pin & stretch stuff we did was on the trapezius, the levator scapulae, and I think the serratus anterior (we've not learned any muscles in Anatomy yet, so

So I realize that my posts recently haven't been super happy, but I'm actually feeling really good. Even the homesickness and such feels good because I am making progress.
