Periods and perfect strangers.

Apparently I've reached an age where 'nothing matters'. Including being very open about personal things with people I don't even know.

I was at my daycare tonight and chatting merrily with the newest member of the teaching crew when we, somehow beyond my reckoning, started discussing our periods and describing how we knew when they were coming. I showed her the horse pills I have to take if I don't want to end up in the hospital having my uterus drained of fluid, and she winced sympathetically.

Isn't it funny how, after a certain point in life, you just don't care what you talk about and with whom? ;D
