In other news, I saw Zombieland with Andrew today. That movie is fun as hell. It's kind of stupid, but all the humor works and the zombies are, naturally, awesome. Totally a movie I'll buy. We also got a look at some sweet previews, including one for 2012, which looks awful in the best possible way, and a movie called Legion which looks breathtakingly stupid and hysterical. It's got something to do with angels and a baby or something, but frankly I could give a shit about the plot, there's this old lady who crawls on a wall in the preview and I'm going to see it.
Also, The Wolfman looks like it's actually going to be great. It looks like what Van Helsing would have been if it were done well. I'm possibly going to see it just for the transformation sequences, which look totally brutal.

1. What does your LiveJournal name mean?
Elevator Child doesn't mean anything, I just chose it because Staircase Wit was taken. Staircase Wit is the english translation of L'espirit d'escalier, which is the term for when you think of something very smart to say after an arguement is over.
2. Elaborate on your default photo.
It's a back view of my head while I'm working on the computer. I was bored so I was taking photos of myself from the back, and ended up liking this one.
3. Do you still talk to your ex? Why?
Not as such, the last time I talked to him was when he called me, stoned, sometime last may.
4. What’s your current relationship status?
Single, other than an FWB situation.
5. What exactly are you wearing right now?
A plain black tshirt, jeans, and headphones.
6. What is your current problem?
I’ve got a Russian test monday and I'm kind of bored right now (hence the meme)
7. What do you love the most?
People, I suppose. Not all people, but several.
8. What makes you happiest?
People again. People being nice or interesting or intelligent, and validating my faith in humanity. Also lovely coincidences.
9. Are you musically inclined?
I can sing fairly well and play the harmonica very poorly, and I listen to a shit ton of music. I'm not sure what that makes me.
10. If you could go back in time, and change something, what would it be?
I would have not failed my classes last semester. Alternatively, I would have ended my stupid arguement with Florence 2 years ago a lot sooner.
11. If you MUST be an animal for ONE day what would you be?
Probably a dog. They've got to be the happiest animals alive.
12. Ever have a near death experience?
Not really. I don't exactly live on the edge, most of the time.

I suppose...talkative?

Nothing right now, because I'm listening to music. Ida Maria is a good singer, by the way.

I haven't the foggiest idea, and I'm too lazy to look it up.
17. Have you ever vandalized someone’s private property?
I haphazardly go out tagging. That is to say, I spray paint stenciled stuff around Phoenix, mostly. Also I used to egg houses with my friends when I slept over at their places.
18. Have you ever been in a fight?
Once. When I was about 7 I decided to get into a fight with some kid at school, because I was a yellow belt in Taikwondo, so I kicked very, very slowly, making sure to get the form right, and he grabbed my foot and pulled me off my feet. And that was the end of my fighting career!
19. Have you ever sang in front of a large audience?
Not since I was a kid and we had music class.
20. What is the first thing you notice about the opposite sex?
Probably his face.
21. What do you usually order from Starbucks?
Nothing, I don't go to starbucks! My usual drink is either a chai latte or plain coffee with lots of sugar, though.
22. Have you ever broken a bone?
Not yet. I feel like it'll happen sometime, though.
23. Has anyone ever said that you look like a celebrity?
Florence once said I look like Sandra Oh off Grey's anatomy, but I'd venture to disagree.
25. Do you still watch kiddy movies or TV shows?
Oh totally. I watch a lot of cartoon shows that aren't running anymore, like Xmen Evolution, Avatar, or Batman the Animated Series. And I like some kids movies, although I have a pretty low tolerance for a lot of it.
26. Do you wear braces?
Nope. I had them for a year in high school though.
27. Are you comfortable with your height?
I totally love my height. Being tall is dope. It'd be awesome to be 6 feet even, though.
28. What is the most romantic thing someone has ever done for you?
Uh, hmm. When I was dating AJ (Previously Sebastian, nee Allison) she gave me an acorn as a gift, which I thought was very charming. I haven't had many romantic gestures, I suppose.
29. Do you speak any other languages?
I'm working on Russian, and I've retained a small ammount of french and spanish.
