and in less crappy news, i decided i'm going to make some cute summer clothes! i found an ADORABLE pattern for a top, and i'm going to make it as a top first, but then make a second one and turn it into a dress. i'll probably make the shirt green with white polka dots, and the dress... i'm not sure. i have these cute yellow wedges i'd want it to go with, but a lot of colors go with yellow, and i can't decide! i also might make one in some kind of gingham. i have a button up shirt in small green gingham and it's SO cute, and it makes me wish i had other gingham things! or maybe i'll make a purple one, i don't wear a lot of purple but i do really like the color. i just don't know!
i also feel like i want to try another quilt. i started one when i was in high school, but it was way too ambitious, and i quit pretty quickly. so i'm thinking of starting something a lot smaller and more managable, so i don't feel as hopeless with it, lol. i might just make a pillow or something, since it'd be easy and quick and would hopefully make me feel like i can actually do bigger quilting projects.
any thoughts?
