Non-spoilery Doctor Who post

Flatmate: There was a Welsh tribe called the Silures, did you know that?

Me: Yes, they hid from the Romans in the valley where I was born.

FM: Does that mean you're a Silurian?

-- I cannot completely deny it.

So, I was spoiled for the last episode of Doctor Who, but ho hum. I am still keen to see what happens next week. I am trying not to be spoiled for that.

I have spent most of the day arguing with my flatmate over various theories.

You might not think so, but I think it's a productive way to spend a Sunday.

The only other things I have to do are sort out the paperwork for my job (dull but necessary) and continue writing one of the two novel manuscripts I have on the go now.

Or write the Edinburgh show obviously.

But, hey - who wants to do useful things when you can deconstruct a 50 year old family-entertainment series?

I absolutely have to get some more paid work soon, mind.
