(no subject)
TODAY IS FULL OF CRAP. TODAY IS SO FIRED. I have been sitting in the same spot on I75 for two and a half hours.
Around 2 this afternoon, I found out the flight I was going to take to Atlanta to get to work tomorrow was cancelled. So, being flexible with Christmas traffic and weather, I went home, packed an extra bag and the cat, and jumped on the interstate for a 6 hour drive.
3 hours ago I ran into freezing rain in south Tennessee and north Georgia. And then we all stopped.
Since then, I have played with the cat, eaten all the snacks for my work trip, fallen on my ass when I got out to stretch (its really slippery on the road, surprise), cried over the phone to my supervisor and a scheduler, and begun to lose my marbles. And I'm currently reading Harry Potter and trying not to think about how badly I have to pee (the trees are too far away to use).
What is my life.
