People are funny. And will never cease to amaze me.
I had to go into the inflight offices today to respond to a customer complaint. The complaint?
"The flight attendants were not warm, did not smile, and didn't even pretend to enjoy their job."
There were several responses I wanted to write, none of which I actually signed off on. But oh, if those letters didn't get put in our personnel files...the comments I could make.
If I had to choose a favorite NFL team, it would be the Colts. Yes, I know. But I love them. I can't help it.
