splendid saturday
so frustrated with CVS... printed wedding photos for the couple I owe an album to, and they did terrible things to cropping and colors, and I realized that the album took 5x7 instead of 4x6 -- so I needed to reprint. Put in the reprint order, and the machine's broken and won't be fixed til monday. Just. I'm on my way to Italy on Monday. I want this in the mail before then!
But other than that -- spent a couple of hours on the roof continuing to reread Brandon Sanderson's newest (awesome high fantasy) and then 5? 6? hours in the studio. because I'm leaving the country and want to get my money's worth for rent? or something. but I'm making mugs with adorable feet! and I'm excited.
though tonight I could have used someone to force me to do something outside the apartment, or someone to hang out with in the apartment -- neither of which happened. Ah, well. Lack of social interaction won't kill me. Watched Flashdance (which I'd never seen) and it was so 80s -- but also really fun. So there's that.
