Half of my body no longer hurts. Marie - the trainer - electrified + ultrasounded half of my back, and I think it's more relaxed than it's been in a long, long time. (Contrast still there - the left side seems to have benefited from the ridiculously long shower I took last night to scald it, and the knots there weren't as bad anymore, but it's wound up a bit, still... but she said I could come back later for the second half if I wanted to.) And there's no practice today (Sue's required to give us off one day in 7) so I may actually have a happy back for a full 24 hours.
I no longer have to quit cold turkey at the end of the semester - I just got permission to continue ceramics next semester. And Doug brought in 5 of his beautiful teapots and a bunch of cups and brewed up a bunch of different (ridiculously expensive) teas for us during class. The cheaper oolong was better, though. *bad taste* (But they were all caffeinated, and now I'm buzzing a bit). And we ran out of clay (o.o) so I got to use up the bits I've been hoarding. Though the second lump that was supposed to turn into a big teapot turned into a respectably-sized bowl, instead. Pssh. Me vs. clay? Clay always gets the final say.
(oh, and Finn's first brain is officially dead - the other source can't do anything for it, and so it's going to get sent back to Apple. Good-bye, NANO. It was good to have written you. RIP.)
Okay. Off to read Goethe for tonight, now. 40 pages left
edit: I find it entertaining that there is currently a FB status war going on about whether Mr. Darcy is awesome or not. Feel free to join in. (and my roommate just walked in, gave me eggnog, and threatened someone with a sabre. lolz)
