my mother hides the potato chips and honey roasted nuts in the linen closet to keep my dad from munching on them when he gets home from work because she says he has a

"portion control problem"

and needs a

"little help with it."

so my dad gets home last night and starts asking where the

"snack food is"

and she starts to giggle.

that's right, GIGGLE.

and it was just about the cutest darned thing...

god i'm such an old lady...
