(no subject)
On a minivan in front of me at a stoplight today I noticed they had a window sticker that was Calvin and Susie kneeling in front of a Christian cross. I don't get it.
Is that supposed to be funny? Or ironic? Or is it supposed to induce guilt in all the people who like the comic strip about the naughty little boy? Or is it just supposed to be so kind of dumb Christian attempt at being trendy... "I can be religious AND cool y'all!!" Maybe they are just totally ignorant of the comic and think those are just two regular god-fearing children? Maybe I'm dumb, but but it doesn't make any sense to me. And while I don't think it's funny either, at least the sticker with Calvin peeing on the chevy symbol seems within his character.
