My mom's computer is a bit on the old-fashioned side -- dial up internet and an inability to load pictures. All the photos on my friends list look like the photo posters where thousands of little photos make up a pixelated George Bush or whatever. I'm not getting much other than blocks of colors out of them. Plus they take forever to load...
Last night my sister's boyfriend and my aunt and uncle came for dinner. Then we played the DVD edition of Trivial Pursuit pop culture. It sucked. I prefer regular trivial pursuit with all the science, geography, and literature questions. An entire game of sports and entertainment was torture. (Can you guess that I lost?)
Today is dinner at my grandparents house. Sally and her boyfriend are going to the drive-in movie theatre after that, but they're seeing Dukes of Hazzard and The Island and I'm really not interested in either one. I borrowed a bunch of arthouse flicks from my dad and will probably watch one of those instead. Or read
The Vampire Chronicles. I'm going to see what all the Anne Rice fuss is. The only one of her books I've read is
The Feast of All Saints. And it was good... it wasn't the vampire/witch stuff though.
