That was the most amazing episode of Doctor Who ever. Just phenomenal.

The world needs more television like this. And more of Carey Mulligan. And writing by Steven Moffat, who wrote three of the better episodes of the last couple of seasons of DW (and a bunch of Coupling, the better, sexier Britcom from which Friends devolved). And the director ( Read more... )

I hate to admit it, but I've been watching Stargate SG-1 during its farewell tour this spring (though I missed last week's ep). It piqued my interest again once they brought in Farscape's Ben Browder to play ... well, John Crichton and then Claudia Black to spice things up a bit. It's official: Law and Order has now been on every channel ever to exist.

There's an episode of L&O: Special Victims Unit on SciFi Channel right now.

I'm sure there's a connection somehow.

Just finished watching last night's Battlestar Galactica. Holy crap what a great show.

Next week begins the two-part season finale. I want to watch them right. now. And then immediately start Season 3.

Also: SciFi begins airing the "new" Doctor Who next month, complete with Daleks! Exterminate! Exterminate!
