DOT chairman Mike Evans today resigned his post because he and DOT commissioner Gena Abraham have started dating.

After all the vicious political maneuvering getting Evans and Abraham elected, it all falls apart. It's like a really awful soap opera. File this under Can't Possibly Be Happening.
