Did you know that the first "person, firm, or corporation, or combination thereof," that manages to start up the first commercial oil well in Georgia wins a reward of $250,000?

Lord knows there's enough weirdness to fill many, many days.

In this case, we're working on page proofs for the updated publication of the Code. I'm working on Title 12, Conservation and Natural Resources. Boring as hell.

And who came up with the phrase "boring as hell"? I don't imagine Hell is boring at all. Quite the opposite, I should think; not pleasant, but not uneventful. Unless there's a special Boring Room where nothing happens. Much like Title 12.
