Does anyone know if there's a way to do selective coloring in Elements? I use PSE 4.

I use photoshop elements 4 and I was wondering if someone could tell me how to make curved edges. I've tried this tutorial, but it didn't work for me.

I browsed through the memories, and I don't know if you have one or if I just missed it, but how do you install brushes for 3.0? I looked through help, and it is possible, but it's confusing me. Thanks in advance!

...hi. can anybody point me the direction to where or how i could make pictures that have this kind of a "negative" background or frame? or frames that look like they're taken in a photobooth? am i making any sense? feel free to delete post if i am. =)
