Today we review Veet Rasera for all your hair removal needs.

package comes with one(1) can of Veet Rasera cream, and one(1) bladeless razor.
The instructions are simple enough, apply cream, wait for 3 minutes precisely, and then try to scrap the junk off.

it took a bit to figure out whether the subject was supposed to be wet or dry, the decision was eventually made in favor of dry, and the cream was applied.

unfortunately a clock was not present, but with some fair counting 3(ish) minutes eventually cmae along. it should be noted that during the wait process, the smell of the product is pretty poor, as well as some mild burning in some areas.

at 3 minutes, a sample scrape was performed to no effect. so we waited longer. (the instructions say that while 3 minutes is pretty hard fast, you don't want to sit around with this stuff longer than 6 minutes.) eventually progress was made, and the overall scraping of the affected area commenced.

progress was pretty fair, albeit disgutsting. this is definitely a project preferrably undertook in private and not in the presence of anyone you remotely care for...

afterwards much rinsing ensued to get the crap off.

the initial results seemed favorable; hair was removed, there weren't any inherent problems perceived. the start area wasn't as clean as later parts, so some minor clean up with a normal razor was necessary.

later in the evening however, re-inspection of the cleaned area resulted in the discovery that the portion scraped last was suffering from large scale irritation and burning, presumably a result of too long exposure to the chemicals.

It was decided that Vitamin E should be readily applied to the affected area. This however only resulted in more stinging and irritation. So it was decided that soothing aloe lotion was in order. This however also resulted in more painful stinging and burning, which was only finally dealt with by a careful re-rinsing of the area to remove all chemicals.

After this, the subject was able to sleep normally through the night with no further complications. Reports from the test subject this morning reveal that things seem to be in fair shape and no further complications are expected at this time.

Overall Ratings:
Instructions: 4
Experience: 2 (losing points for aroma and grossness)
Results: 4 (if timed better the need for a normal razor would be eliminated)
Side Effects: 0

Recommendation: Will probably try again, more stringent attention must be paid to overall timing. a phased approach might be preferrable, working in smaller areas until the project is completed might yield less irritation and burning.
