So, in the end, the 2015 Expo will be in Milan. Seeing the international shame we are suffering nowadays, I'm amazed.
I'm really hoping that this time we use the resources for something good, for making Milan more livable, more european, more eco-friendly, with new infrastructure and service and... And less Milan, I muse *snort*
I'm hoping against hope, I know*, but I loathe this city so much that maybe they can do some little thing and make her more bearable. To me, anyway.
It's a pity, really, living so near a big, pulsing city and being so bloody allergic to her that I can't see the worth, sometimes even when it's pushed right on my face.
*Call me pessimistic, but I remember what happened with World Cup Italia '90, and we are basically governed by the same OLD people. Guh.
