[The video feed clicks on just in time to catch a very upset Vulcan (or as upset as he could look anyway) sliding to the ground in an alley somewhere in the city (although Jim might recognize it from past experience), notably by himself and in the darkness. The angle of the video, however, suggests that the Tone is sitting on the ground on the other side of the alley. It’s impossible to tell how it got there, but the obvious conclusion would be that it was either dropped or thrown. Although it couldn’t possibly be the second, could it?
