Ichabod stood on the roof and waited for War to arrive. He knew his secret and kept it safe. Now it was time to sharpen his skills to protect that secret and many others. He didn't want his guard to drop again like what happened with the Choir that nearly got him killed.
He wore only his white shirt, black slacks and his boots. There was no need for his heavier garments, that he saw. His shirt was buttoned up and his ascot tied the collar held by a black onyx pin. The wind was hard and fast which presented a challenge of resistance that he needed.
He flicked his wrist and expanded his friction lock baton and stood at attention as he waited.
