[Karis grunts noncommittally and keeps walking. And she's not exactly bald. It's more like her scalp has been hideously burned.]

[Karis detours towards Spectacular Spectacular and tries the door. She frowns with rattles. Locked. There's a glimmer in her dimly glowing yellow eyes and she pulls out her Gnomish Army Knife. She flips out the hammer extension and hits the door with a loud bang.]

Locked doors are just the universe's way of sayin' there's something cool behind 'em.

Well, it looks like Karis has decided to beat the things open]
