[Razer checks the time on his comm, then clips it to his belt and pushes off from the wall.]
And now we're ready.
[He looks out over the people assembled, claps his hands, then gestures sharply toward the sealed doors of Spectacular2 and raises his voice to be heard.]
I want everyone lined up against this wall so I can get a count! Find a slot and stay there until I tell you where to go.
[He waits until that's done, then looks the group over. Thirteen, including himself. There would be stragglers, of course--Phoenix was late enough on his own to prove that--but this would do well enough for the moment.]
What we're doing is very, very simple. Everyone is being assigned a deck, or a number of decks, to search from front to back. When you get off the elevator, you walk straight to the front end, and search from there all the way to the back. Check every room that you can get into, and do it quietly.
I expect transmissions broadcast if you come across patches where the noises get louder, more frantic, any change is to be reported immediately.
[For claiming to be anything but military, Razer's awfully good at giving orders. Ah, the life of a crime lord who's been lackey-less for MONTHS.]
You're being split into teams, to make sure you are as thorough as possible. If you find anything, you call it out, if we all find nothing...you can stop complaining, can't you?
[He grins a little, then points at two people.]
You and you, decks one through three.
[And it goes from there. The groups are:
Alita and Marco: 1-3
Lily and Azula: 4-5 (May or may not include Carni.)
Toph and Kevas: 5-8
Zeke and Karis: 9-12
King and Jinx: 13, 15
Sokka and Phoenix: 16-18]
I'm not going to ask anyone to check deck fourteen, unless you have an interest in getting horrifically lost. Then, by all means, check it over. Just do try to broadcast that you're going in first.
I'll be checking the different tracks on deck twenty, and as we have an odd number of people I'll be doing it alone.

If anyone has any issues with who you've been paired with, feel free to keep your complaints to yourself. The rest of us have work to do--so get to it.
