The Heron walks slowly, with calm, measured steps and her scaled toes never misstep as she first approaches Shayn's corpse. Step-step, the Heron approaches and cocks her beautiful head to regard the dead woman with one keen eye. The Heron clacks her beak, extending her long, graceful neck to pick a few strands of hair off Shayn's face.
