I have one day left at giant!utility. It has been a good job these past 4 years. I learned more than I would ever care to convey about California environmental regulations. Last Monday and Tuesday, I got to stay at a posh hotel in Lake Tahoe and attend seminars on environmental policy in California. The hotel was fun, and the dinners were quite good.

On Tuesday I was officially promoted at work. This is good news, although it does mean I will be commuting to San Ramon for a while longer. I can now drop the “Associate” from my title, making me officially an “Environmental Consultant”. And it comes with a 15% pay raise ( Read more... )
