Yesterday I made my first batch of mead. Started it, anyway. This makes me incredibly happy.

I am going to start blogging regularly about mead and soda brewing. I might make a separate filter for it, or eventually even make a separate blog if that seems reasonable. For now, just let me know if you do NOT want mead-making updates.
