Thoroughly enjoyed Armadacon last weekend. I admit that I usually go to Armadacon mainly to see the other regular attendees. I liken the con to a family wedding, where only the relatives you actually ENJOY talking to have turned up ( Read more... )

Another Bristolcon has come and gone. I’ve finally had a full night’s sleep so I am now de-frazzled and can’t wait for the next one.

Got back from Worldcon late last night and my brain is still in science fiction mode. I had a terrific time, and have signed by to pre-support Dublin so that I can (hopefully) repeat the experience in 2019.

Another entertaining 1 day BristolCon was held on Saturday. Disappointingly keith_martin had a transport crisis and couldn't make it down, but I bumped into lots of people I knew and met some friendly people I didn't know, so all was well ( Read more... )
