i hate the IRS
ok so i have come to the conclusion that the IRS is fuckin' retarded! Here's why...
i have been filing taxes for.. umm.. 5 years now and EVERY year they reject it for the reason being that the date of birth that i entered on my form does not match the IRS records. So every year, i go back through the online e-file shit to look through my form to make corrections to the date of birth. and it's ALWAYS right.. it ALWAYS says 7/17/1987.. so unless i've been lied to for the past 21 years of my life, then i do believe that IS the correct birth date. so instead of being able to file quickly and easily online, I have to go through all the trouble of printing all the forms out and mailing them in. then i have to wait another 2-4 weeks before i even get my refund, which is retarded. ok so anyways.. last year, i got annoyed so i attached a letter with my form saying that they have my birthday wrong in their system and they need to change it ASAP. i thought it would have worked.. but i guess NOT. I tried to file last night and it was really quick and i even put it so my refund would be direct deposited into my account in 8 days so i didn't have to be broke for very much longer. so i thought it was smooth sailing this time around.. but i thought WRONG! i just got that dreaded email from the IRS saying my return was REJECTED. so i go on the site to see why and OF COURSE it was my birthday! i dont fucking understand HOW they have the wrong birthday because they get their info from your birth records. and last time i checked, my birth certificate says i was born on the 17th of july in 1987. but this time, i get a phone number to the social security administration place with my rejection letter so i can see what birthday they have on file for me and change it if i have to. so i called the 800 number and it was an automated thing but guess what... in order to change the date, i have to have them mail me this fancy form (why are there ALWAYS forms to fill out for everything?) and wait 4 weeks for them to change it AFTER i mail it in.. so i wait a week fo r this form to come, fill it out, and mail it back (which could be a couple days) then i WAIT 4 more weeks for them to even change it so i can resubmit my tax return. but april 15th isn't that far away so i DONT have that long. which means, i have to print it out, sign it and mail it in AGAIN and WAIT even longer to get my money, which by that time, i could already be starved to death or at least on the verge of starving to death.
so FUCK the IRS, FUCK the government and FUCK taxes!!!!!!
